Solution: Suppose you are using an Image Server say 'ImageSvr' and want to 'Ping' it. It can not be done by using normal 'ping' command, instead use following syntax to achieve this :
ImageSvr-filenet-nch-server
Where ImageSvr = Name of Image Server Repository
filenet = Name of domain
nch = Network clearing house
